Daniel Richard, CPA is the CFO of Vcheck, where he leads financial strategy, drives operational efficiency, and supports the company’s continued growth. With over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, M&A, and scaling high-growth companies, Daniel brings expertise from firms in manufacturing, distribution, and technology. 

Prior to joining Vcheck in 2025, he was VP of Finance & Treasurer at Vantage Elevation and previously held leadership roles at Colony Hardware, where he led 16 business combinations and a successful PE exit. 

Daniel is a CPA with a degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University. Based in New York, he specializes in FP&A, M&A, treasury management, and value creation strategies.
